Evolutionary Empath Tool: Conscious Intention

Your intention is your very own evolutionary empath power tool! Your intention has the ability to break through all the things going on around you and to set your energy field up to receive what you have requested. You may have used this tool in the past unconsciously or consciously.

I wonder, how often do you unconsciously set an intention about what you desire in your life? We do this either internally with what we say to ourselves, that inner self-talk in our heads, or externally by what we say out loud to others about what we are experiencing. The feelings present when we set an intention fuel that intention. The law of intention and the law of attraction work hand in hand.

When you embrace the conscious use of intention, you will reap the benefit of this easy to use evolutionary empath power tool. No formal training is needed!

To Set an Intention Consciously:

Decide what is it you desire as an outcome in a specific situation. Now set that specific intention. “I will enjoy every interaction I have today” or “I will get the job I am interviewing for today” are examples.  (Caveat: if you’re feeling fear-based energy, you will not be resonating in the positive energy where the result you have requested resides.) It is important make sure the desire is positively framed. And th they are not running contrary limiting beliefs.

Consciously focus energy into a moment towards a desire you wish to manifest in the future. Voila! You have set an intention!

What I am referring to is different than ego-based intention: I have to __________, it’s do or die, or I will do this no matter what.  That is a forced energy. When energy is forced, resistance is created. Instead, you want flow. 

Here is one of my intentions: 

I intend to live on a Hawaii Island November 2017 through April 2018 to support my daughter in preparing for her wedding. I intend to enjoy winter on island, share the magic of the Hawaiian mana (life force energy) and Aloha with clients in live and virtual VIP days and to connect into the aina (land) expanding more on my spiritual journey with ease and grace.
